Tex Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium ripe avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 cans bean dip
    1 c. chopped green onions
    2 c. chopped tomatoes
    6 oz. can black olives, chopped
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 bag Tostitos or plain nachos
Preparation
    Spread dip in bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Mash avocados with lemon juice and salt and pepper.
    Drain off lemon juice.
    Spread over bean dip.
    Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Spread over previous layer.
    Top with onions, tomatoes and olives. Cover with cheese.
    Chill overnight if possible.
