Stir-Fry Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    6 c. veggies (sliced yellow squash, zucchini, red, green or yellow pepper strips)
    1 envelope Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet on medium high heat.
    Add veggies; cook and stir until tender-crisp.
    Sprinkle salad dressing mix over veggies; toss to coat well.
    Stir in vinegar until well mixed.
    Serve warm.
