Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 sticks margarine

Preparation

Sift flour, sugar and baking soda together. Melt margarine, cocoa and water over low heat and bring to a boil. Pour over dry ingredients. Add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla and mix well. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Pour frosting on cake while warm.
