Low-Fat Spinach Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/3 c. minced fresh onion
1 envelope (0.9 oz.) Lipton vegetable recipe soup mix
assorted raw vegetables for dipping
Preparation

In a medium bowl mix all ingredients (except raw vegetables). Cover and chill.
Makes 3 cups.
