Swiss Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef or meat loaf mix (veal, pork and beef)
    1 1/2 c. diced (not too small) Swiss cheese
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix meat and cheese; add eggs.
    Combine rest of ingredients, except milk; mix well.
    Add milk and mix well.
    Form into a greased loaf pan or baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
