Bul Koo Kee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. round steak
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    5 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1 tsp. chopped garlic or garlic powder
Preparation
    Slice beef in thin bite size strips.
    Mix beef with all ingredients.
    Use hands to mix well.
    Put mixed beef into hot greased frypan using 1 tablespoon oil to grease.
    Fry quickly until brown and tender.
    Serve over cooked rice.
