Beef Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 onions
    1 Tbsp. fat
    2 c. diced cooked beef
    1/2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
    1/2 c. beef stock
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut onions into cubes and fry in fat until brown.
    Add beef, potatoes and stock.
    Season and cook about 15 minutes.
    Serves 4.
