1 1/2 c. picante sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
3/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 c. chopped onion
12 flour tortillas
1 c. shredded cheese*
