Sugar-Free Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 pkg. lemonade Kool-Aid powder (sugar-free)
    1 large instant sugar-free vanilla pudding
    1/3 c. sour cream
    9-inch baked pie shell
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in small bowl to dissolve. Combine rest of ingredients in bowl; beat.
    Add gelatin mixture; beat until smooth.
    Turn into shell.
    Chill overnight.
    If desired, can put Cool Whip on top when served.
