Crescent Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 Tbsp. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c milk
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
    melted butter
    herbs to taste
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water and add a pinch of sugar to feed the yeast.
    Melt the shortening in the milk; add sugar and stir to dissolve.
    Cool.
    Stir in and knead in as necessary the flour and salt mixture.
    Refrigerate overnight covered.
