Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. dried bacon
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    4 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 c. sliced radishes
    celery leaves
Preparation
    About 1 hour before serving, boil potatoes in jackets for about 35 minutes. Peel and cut into 1/4-inch slices. Fry bacon until tender and saute 1/2 of the onions in bowl. Mix the flour, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir in vinegar and water and mix until smooth. Add to the bacon and simmer slightly until thickened. Pour this hot dressing over potatoes. Add remaining onion, parsley, celery seeds and radishes. Serve lightly tossed and garnish with celery leaves.
