Oven Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 breast halves (about 2 lb.)
    1 (11 1/2 oz.) can Italian tomato soup
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Place chicken into a 2-quart oblong dish.
    Cover with foil. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    In a small bowl combine soup, sugar, water, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
    Set aside.
    After 30 minutes, cover chicken with sauce and bake, uncovered, 30 minutes more or until chicken is done well.
    Arrange chicken over cooked noodles or rice.
    Stir sauce and spoon then serve.
