Corn Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. cornmeal mush
    1/4 c. raw cashews
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. finely grated raw carrot
Preparation
    Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup water for several minutes.
    Pour 1 cup boiling water over gelatin and whiz until dissolved.
    Add remaining ingredients and liquify until smooth as cream.
    Pour into a bowl and cover and refrigerate.
