Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar (brown and white, any combination)
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
4 to 6 medium apples, cubed
1/2 c. nuts or raisins (optional)

Preparation

Mix together all ingredients except apples with an electric mixer, then stir in apples and turn into an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
