Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. prepared mustard (Dijon was great!)
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp. tarragon
2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. finely chopped anchovies
freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine mayonnaise and sour cream.
Add mustard, garlic, tarragon, parsley and anchovies.
Mix well.
Add pepper to taste. Use as dip for fresh veggies such as cherry tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, zucchini, peppers, etc.
Makes 1 1/4 cups.
