Sour Cream Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

1 c. corn meal
1 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Mix all together.
Pour into greased muffin tins and bake at 425\u00b0 for about 15 minutes until lightly golden.
