Polynesian Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. pork loin end roast
    1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. orange marmalade
Preparation
    Place meat in roaster; combine nutmeg, thyme, salt and pepper and sprinkle over meat.
    Cover and roast at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
