Cream Of Carrot And Leek Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1.8 oz.) pkg. Knorr leek soup mix
    1 jar baby carrot puree (Beginner)
    1 (12 oz.) can lite evaporated skim milk
    3/4 c. water
    Tabasco sauce to taste
Preparation
    Sift soup mix.
    Combine with other ingredients.
    Heat until thickened, but do not boil.
    Garnish with a dollop of plain yogurt and a sprinkling of chives or dill weed.
    (Reserve the reconstituted vegetables from soup mix for casseroles, salads, etc.)
    Serves 3 to 4.
