Low Fat Ambrosia - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained
1 small pkg. sugar-free, fat-free instant pudding, dry*
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip free
1 (24 oz.) carton non-fat cottage cheese
Preparation

Put pineapple and oranges in large bowl, sprinkle pudding over and stir until mixed.
Add the rest of the ingredients, mix until well blended.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
One cup equals 3 points on Weight Watchers.
