Five Can Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can or jar boned chicken
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can chicken with rice soup
    1 (6 oz.) can condensed milk
    1 can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Mix together in casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
