Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 lb. crabmeat (or imitation)
    salt (to taste)
    pepper (to taste)
    1 c. breadcrumbs
    1 c. sharp cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add flour to butter.
    Gradually add milk until smooth.
    Add crabmeat, salt and pepper.
    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with breadcrumbs and cheese.
