Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. flour, all purpose
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Combine corn meal, salt, flour, and onion powder.
    Dredge fish in mixture, coating both sides.
    Deep fry in hot oil for 3 to 5 minutes, or until brown.
    Drain.
