Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 large mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 or 3 Tbsp. tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. oil or butter
    salt (optional)
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
    Set aside caps and mince stems.
    Heat oil and saute chopped beef and mushroom stems; add all other ingredients and blend well.
    Cook for about 5 minutes. Spoon into caps and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 or 30 minutes.
    Serve hot.
