Oven Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

16 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 c. cider
3 lb. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in large stainless steel or heavy aluminum bowl or pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Put in jars and seal.
