Apple-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. milk or buttermilk or cream
    1 can sliced apples
Preparation
    Line bottom of casserole dish with apples.
    Cream the cheese, sugar, flour and buttermilk until smooth.
    Cover apples with cheese mixture.
    Pour milk over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
