Pineapple Or Lemon-Cheese Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. water
2 lemons or 1 c. drained crushed pineapple
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add 1/2 cup of water to eggs.
Set aside.
Combine sugar and flour.
Add 1/2 cup of water.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Stir a small amount of hot mixture in eggs, then add eggs to mixture.
Add butter.
Add lemon juice or pineapple.
Cook until done (about 1 minute).
Place on cake.
