Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion (may use minced onion)
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Take one can salmon, flake with a silver fork, removing skin and bones.
    Add one egg, salt and pepper, one cup milk and one cup of crumbs.
    Form into a loaf.
    Pour over tablespoon butter mixed with a little lemon juice and bake one-half hour.
