French Chocolate Meringue Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    3 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. finely crushed saltines
Preparation
    Melt chocolate chips over hot water.
    Cool for approximately 5 minutes.
    Combine egg whites and vanilla extract.
    Beat until stiff, but not dry.
    Beat in sugar gradually until stiff.
    Fold in crackers and melted chocolate.
    Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake 10 minutes in 350\u00b0 preheated oven.
    Remove from pan immediately.
