Lo-Cal Cherry-Cola Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes sugar-free cherry gelatin
    1/2 c. water
    3/4 c. diet cola
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 small can unsweetened crushed pineapple
    1 can tart cherries (Kroger, no sugar)
Preparation
    Bring cherries in juice to boil in water.
    Add gelatin; stir. Cool 30 minutes.
    Add cola, celery and pineapple.
    Chill until set.
    Excellent for diabetics and dieters.
    Chopped pecans can be added.
