Olive-Nut Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. softened cream cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. chopped salad olives
    2 Tbsp. olive juice
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mash the softened cream cheese with a fork.
    Blend in the mayonnaise.
    Stir in the chopped nuts and olives.
    Add the olive juice and the pepper and blend well.
    Do not add any salt. Refrigerate several hours to improve consistency.
    This is delicious in finger sandwiches, on very thin toast, or on crackers.
