Spinach Filled Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 lasagna noodles
    1/2 or 1 box spinach (10 oz. pkg.)
    2 c. Ricotta
    1/4 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 egg (optional)
    2 c. tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cook lasagna noodles according to directions.
    Cut drained noodles in half widthwise.
    Cook and drain spinach.
    Shred Mozzarella cheese.
    Mix the cheeses, spinach, spices and egg (optional).
    Put 2 to 3 tablespoons of mixture in the middle of each noodle and roll up.
    Layer the dish with tomato sauce, roll-up, tomato sauce and more Mozzarella cheese (optional).
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let set 5 minutes.
