Impossible Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 c. milk
    1 c. Bisquick baking mix
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Lightly grease 10-inch pie plate.
    Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pie plate.
    Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute with hand beater.
    Pour evenly into pie plate.
    Bake until top is golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
    Garnish with tomato slices and bacon strips if desired.
    Refrigerate any remaining pie.
    Makes 6 servings.
