Oriental Marinated Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
2 Tbsp. peanut oil
2 Tbsp. sesame seed
1/3 c. dry sherry
3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
3 lb. thinly sliced, rare roast beef
2 tomatoes
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 can drained water chestnuts
1 green pepper, julienned
3 Tbsp. scallions, chopped
Preparation

Put first 6 ingredients in jar and shake.
Pour over thinly sliced rare roast beef, tomatoes, sliced mushrooms, drained water chestnuts, green pepper (julienned) and scallions, chopped.
You can marinate meat, alone, overnight.
Then mix remaining vegetables or just mix all and serve over lettuce leaf platter.
