Low-Fat Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 large onions, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    4 cans kidney or similar beans
    2 cans whole tomatoes, chopped
    2 cans tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. oregano
    2 tsp. chili powder
    red and black pepper to taste
    8 oz. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in oil.
    Add onion, garlic, beans, 2 cups water, tomatoes, sauce, oregano, chili powder and peppers to large pot.
    Cook uncovered over low for 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese over each serving.
    Makes 8 servings, with 3 grams fat in each.
