Carrot Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium carrot strips
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
    Combine carrots, water and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Microwave on High for 7 to 8 minutes, or until tender.
    Stir after about 3 to 4 minutes.
    Drain and reserve 1 tablespoon liquid.
    Stir in green onions, sour cream, brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt and dill weed.
    Reserve liquid.
    Cover. Microwave on High for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
