Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Fresh Shrimp
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Butter or Salad Oil
    1/2 c. Chopped Onions
    1 Clove Garlic, minced
    1/2 c. Green Pepper, chopped
    6 Med. Ripe Tomatoes
    2 tsp. Salt
    Pepper
    2 Bay Leaves
Preparation
    Cook onions, garlic, green pepper in butter until soft.
    Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and bay leaves.
    Cook 10 minutes.
    Add shrimp and cook until pink.
    Serve with rice.
