Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 jalapeno peppers
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. self-rising corn meal mix
    1 finely chopped medium onion
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    8 oz. shredded mild Cheddar
    6 to 8 oz. creamed corn
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together except corn meal.
    When well mixed, add corn meal.
    Pour into greased cast-iron skillet.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
