Tomato Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. quick-cooking grits
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    4 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chilies (Ro-Tel)
Preparation
    Prep Time: 10 minutes.
    Cook Time:
    55 minutes. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
