Black-Eyed Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (15 oz.) cans black-eyed peas, drained
6 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Stir together all ingredients in a 2-quart microwave-safe baking dish.
Cover and microwave at Medium power for 10 minutes. Stir well.\tRemove bay leaf.
Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
