Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag sauerkraut
1 1/4 c. sugar
a little less than 1/2 c. cider vinegar
a little less than 1/2 c. Puritan oil
1 c. chopped celery
1 large green pepper, chopped
Preparation

Rinse and drain in strainer the sauerkraut.
Heat to boiling the sugar, vinegar and oil.
Place sauerkraut in bowl.
Pour boiled mixture over it.
Add celery and green pepper.
Mix well together.
Chill overnight, covered.
