Easy Potatoes For A Crowd - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cans whole potatoes, drained very well and cut in half or quarters
    salt and pepper
    1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    The most difficult thing about this recipe is mixing it all together.
    Put into a large casserole and crumble bacon on top. Do not use bacon bits.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 12 to 16 people.
