Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix with pudding
    12 to 14 oz. caramels
    3/4 c. oleo
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
Preparation
    Mix the cake mix according to the directions.
    Pour 1/2 batter in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
