Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chuck steak for roast, cut in 2-inch cubes
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 bottle chili sauce
Preparation
    Brown the meat in a frying pan with the vegetable oil and chopped onion.
    Add ketchup, brown sugar, water and chili sauce (put into big pot).
    Simmer for hours until tender (at least 2 hours).
    Add water as needed.
    The longer, the better.
