Pineapple Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    8 to 12 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    6 to 8 pats butter
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Take juice from pineapple; pour in casserole dish with sugar and flour.
    Mix well.
    Add pineapple chunks and cheese.
    Crush Ritz crackers (1 1/2 packs).
    Pour over pineapple.
    Put 6 to 8 pats of butter on top.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes until golden brown.
