Corn Crisped Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 or 3 lb. fryer chicken, cut in pieces
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. corn flake crumbs
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Dip pieces of chicken in milk.
    Roll in mixture of corn flakes and seasoning.
    Place chicken in shallow baking pan lined with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour or until drumstick is tender when pierced with a fork.
