Geneva'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box confectioners sugar (10x)
    3 sticks butter
    2 1/2 c. cake flour (Swans Down only)
    2 tsp. vanilla, lemon or almond flavoring
Preparation
    Blend sugar and butter until smooth; add eggs one at a time. Add flavoring; beat until mixed well.
    Add flour.
    Put in a cold oven.
    Set oven at 325\u00b0.
    Cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Test in one hour.
