Chicken O'Phyllis - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken (boneless and skinless)
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. red and green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Chop chicken in 1-inch pieces.
    Roll it in flour, salt and pepper mix.
    Brown in oil in skillet.
    In a bowl, put celery, pepper and onion.
    Melt butter in microwave; add butter and ketchup to chopped veggies.
    Put this mixture over top of chicken and simmer 1/2 hour.
