Ingredients

6 medium sized potatoes
2 c. water
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Peel potatoes.
Boil uncovered in 2 cups water until but 1 cup of fluid remains.
Remove the vegetables.
Stir the liquid until it reaches the boiling point again.
Slowly add white sugar, then add brown sugar.
Once sugar is entirely dissolved, take pan off heat to cool slowly.
Pour in bottle and store several days in dark place before using.
