Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans creamed corn
    2 eggs
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 carrots, grated
    2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
    4 green onions, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    Tony's seasoning to taste (be careful, don't get too hot)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Pour into a large casserole dish.
    Sprinkle more Cheddar cheese on top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
