Baked Pumpkin Seeds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pumpkin seeds
    salt
Preparation
    Soak seeds for 15 to 30 minutes in just enough water to cover. Use 1 teaspoon salt to each cup seeds.
    Drain, spread on ungreased baking sheet.
    Sprinkle with salt and bake for about 1 hour at 250\u00b0 or until toasted.
